I don& #39;t understand how milk and cheese producers right now can& #39;t find buyers for their products. The same humans are all still eating. Is it just that commercial food preparation is super wasteful? Virtually everything I make for my kids at home has cheese, milk, or butter in it.

Both of these are blindingly obvious with a little context. From working in food service myself, I remember how much we wasted, but I didn& #39;t think about how different delivery was.
