Then forms didn't have any submit area, or area that I noticed in which to upload my necessary forms. Inadequate explanations and functionally poor rushed out process. Plus on Friday I entered totals for my employees and independent contractors. (1096 form). I was told at....

...at BOFA that I can absolutely submit my 1096 when asked for. But the Tuesdays intralinks forms showed some employee 940's and no 1096 submission. No explanations, no one to chat with, no one to speak at either BofA nor intralinks, live chat didn't work. Total screwed up....

....process. I realize this is a tough unprecedented time with floods of applications. But still, site/chat/emails should have been more efficient. Get your acts together. Both B of A and Intralink
