I dont want anyone to be mad or anything but why do they put rappers as judges in singing competitions like The Voice.

Im sorry, I know music is music no matter the genre but with these people and their vocal mastery, they be looking for people that can match their skill.

Its just hard to watch a well-known rap artist like http://apl.de .ap, and basically a vocal deity like Lea Salonga fight for a participant when you know damn well it aint a fair bout :((.

Everytime they draft its always apl's team that has a fourth of the open spaces, and they keep bringing contestants in basically just to see if apl picks em since everyone else already has their teams filled with people who've idolized them and their style of music.

This thread aint tryna shit on rappers and hip-hop in general, I respect that art. But if you really wanna make it a fair ball game for every judge then atleast allow that style of music to be used by participants. (Which to my knowledge is that they dont)
