Within the last 24 hours in our federal appellate courts:

A state can't postpone election or change election procedures just because of a pandemic!

Of course a state can end all abortions because of a pandemic!

Our wise, impartial courts issue lots of decisions that you can justify individually with legal doctrinal logic, but when you consider them together, you can't help but wonder whether it's that legal doctrinal logic doing the work.
