Growing up my mum taught me so much in regards to giving.
One day, a guy sent me some nice stuff as a gift to my home addy ,
My mum said so what are you sending back to him ?
I was like huh , why should I?

She explained to me, it’s the right thing to do, appreciate people always.
Don’t be comfortable collecting,always use your other hand and give back as you collect with the other hand.
I understood .
I then ordered some nice gift for him, showed mum and she said that’s perfect.

She made me understand something, you don’t have to date someone to give.

she will tell me, don’t be that lady who doesn’t understand the culture of giving .
I appreciate the teaching, shaped me into who I am today
