hey @darth i hope you like my twice-cooked argentinian potatoes on my pup plates. i didn’t follow your recipe this time but these were amazing too. lemon zest at the end makes all the difference tbh
1) boil ~ 2-3 pounds small potatoes in salted water about 15 minutes until fork tender and drain 2) in bowl, mix 1/4-1/3 cup parsley + 2-3 large minced garlic gloves 3) fry in oil about 5 minutes, shaking pan occasionally 4) add 2 tbsp parsley garlic mixture, cook 1 minute
5) mix in 1-2 tbsp butter and toss to coat. add salt if you wish. 6) add remaining parsley mixture. 7) remove from heat and add lemon zest to taste (i do about a tsp)

best enjoyed on pup plates!
