Håland on Solskjaer's influence and words of advice.

“He has taught me a lot to be calm, and also be on your toes and come to those situation where the ball is coming. It is then you have the chance to score. He deserves a lot of credit for teaching me that.”
Apart from being an astute man-manager, Solskjaer has shown his coaching ability on multiple occasions over the past few years. Players coached/managed by him have had only good things to say about his influence and work behind the scenes right from his days as a United coach.
I think it's good that large sections of the footballing fraternity still look at him as a joke of a manager. The man himself isn't bothered one bit and that's the best part. Absolutely love his devotion to this club and I'm very confident about the next two/three seasons.
In Solskjaer we have a manager who does not throw players under the bus. He has managed to keep a positive dressing room atmosphere despite an up and down season and that started pay off before the football season was interrupted.
He has a phenomenonal eye for talent as well. Every single transfer approved under his management has been made with the future of the club in mind. No stop gap fixes, none of that BS. We finally have a core of players we can depend on to fight for titles.
Tactically speaking, he has shown he can pack a punch against some of the best managers of this decade. Manchester United are in good hands and there is absolutely nobody better to take this project forward in the current scenario.
