I hate to do one of those brand-shaming threads, but we have literally been living with our clothes on the floor for the past six week thanks to @AshleyHomestore
We ordered a dresser on May 19th. It arrived without any of the hardware needed to put it together. We called Ashley and they sent new hardware that took weeks to arrive. Turns out, that was the WRONG HARDWARE.
I contacted @AshleyHomestore on March 20th about the wrong hardware and they said the new pieces would be arriving in 5 - 7 business days. They also agreed to take 20% off the cost of the dresser, which, great, but the hardware STILL ISN'T HERE.
Today, I spent 45 minutes on hold and got getting disconnected twice. I finally got an email back telling me they reached out to the parts order team and they'd respond in the next 24 - 48 hours. lol @AshleyHomeHelp
Anyway there are obviously much more important things going on in the world but come on you have to admit this is pretty wild
