Among things I genuinely do not understand is Biden folk incessantly insulting @briebriejoy & @ninaturner by calling them "grifters" because they fight for Medicare for All, while Biden's campaign is run by a Harvey Weinstein adviser & a former longtime pharma lobbyist.

If Biden is the nominee, I hope he defeats Donald Trump. But the ad hominem toxicity (as distinct from fact-based policy criticism) emanating from his staff and supporters is not helpful for the ultimate effort to win the general election.
