Passover is quickly approaching and I want to take a moment to explain some deeper meaning behind this week long festival of Matza eating and Prayer. The Jewish people celebrate the anniversary of God freeing his people from Slavery to the Egyptians.
However, Passover is not celebrating a political or military event. God freed the Jewish people from a nation of evil, a society built on sorcery, greed and exploitation where leaders declared themselves to be divine and chose to slaughter the innocent to bathe in their blood
Sound familiar? Evil is unfortunately always with us and the struggle continues on. Today as well we fight the forces of immorality, greed and exploitation to live a live centered on service to the Creator. During this holiday week the Jewish people rededicate themselves.
We raise our four cups of wine in praise of the God who saved us from the morass of idol worship and dedicated us to his service. No more child sacrifice as the Egyptians practiced. No more Moloch and other unmentionable practices. May we all pray together that these evil forces,
which seek to re-establish themselves in a last ditch effort to drag humanity into evil insanity, are vanquished once again by God’s mighty hand. We pray for the ultimate redemption and the end of the Dominion of evil over our world. We have seen some great victories already.
@jordanbpeterson called the EU a modern Tower of Babel. So right he was, and now it is teetering. Mankind cannot achieve unity in the cause of Evil. God removed this power from man when he dispersed the nations then. Brexit was a great victory for God and a positive future.
Likewise @realDonaldTrump and the #MAGA movement. This is a great awakening and a return to a society focused on the service of God our creator rather than the service of self. May we all see much Blessing and find Grace in his eyes in these troubled times. A happy Passover 2 U!
