Eating disorder friends, can we create a thread here of how you are managing things right now? I am here for any ideas about how you are doing cooking, meal schedules, grocery shopping, when and how you are doing take-out, etc.
Also would love mantras you are going back to, especially with having to look into what constitutes a mirror for social interaction for sometimes hours a day. Also, who are you following on social media that is encouraging you in recovery?
