there are legitimate public health concerns around millimeter wave radiation. it’s not unreasonable to ask for a full evaluation of the risks. before the 2018 NTP report on GSM and CDMA, no one thought it was even possible for non-ionizing radiation to cause cancer.
these new technologies get rolled out before there is any extensive study because there is huge money at stake. but what is the rush? even a small risk, when multiplied out across billions of people, can cause huge amounts of human suffering.
in any rational society, we’d take our time and really research the risks of novel chemicals, drugs, and technologies, and then democratically decide what risk is worth taking. instead we get glyphosate shoved down our throats without being asked because corporations need profits
