Just finished my last project.

How I got started:

While working, I started wholesaling with no money other than gas money.

Bought my first house for $600 and used the money from my first 3 wholesale deals to fix it up and rent it out

Lived in an apartment, used my work money to live and saved all my wholesale money.

Used money I wanted to use to buy liquor, and started buying stock in stash, acorns and Robinhood.

Worked 70-80 hours/wk and was working on my wholesaling while at work.

Studied the stock market after work during the day

Started taking weeks off of work at a time to do independent insurance adjusting while still wholesaling, and investing in stocks

My income from working was my money to live off, my wholesale money was put in a bank and I didn’t touch it and the money I was making from trading options was my play money

2018 I quit my job and bought my first business, a moonwalk/bounce house business.

2019 I made my first million. I had 1.4 in the bank. I took $600K and invested into a company that got bought for over $1B and I made $24M off that deal.

I then started doing more of everything and connected with some really good people who put me in a really good situations and here I am.
