But I don’t agree with this:
“The path to a renewal of the Labour Left runs first through Momentum...”
IMO, Momentum is a tarnished brand.
We need A group, yes, but not Momentum.
Look at the response to it; there’s much hostility.
To move forward we have to break away.

The name ‘Momentum’ is now a negative in itself. That’s a problem.
Our “renewal” has to be separate to it.

The reality is: Momentum has upset, alienated and annoyed a cross-section of the party for varying reasons and to varying degrees.
Some great work initially but it lost its way because, imo, EGO got in the way.
What’s in a name? Momentum is now bad.
