Has @NIH released any official guidance on reappointing #postdocs? Many postdocs are officially on one-year contracts. With lots of unis announcing hiring freezes for FY21, there is a lot of confusion (and, frankly, panic) about these otherwise 'routine' reappointments.

And yes, I did go to the page they have set up for "Recipients of NIH funding," but I was unable to find anything on this topic. If it exists, they're not making it easy to locate.
