2/n Our hospitals @WYAAT_Hospitals have exponentially increased their critical care capacity to record levels, reconfiguring whole hospitals across @WYHpartnership as a result #COVID19...

3/n They have done so whilst safely discharging thousands of patients to our community services, social care, general practices and volunteers across @WYHpartnership, with bed occupancy now around 51% rather than 98% prior to this period #COVID19...

4/n And been supported by 56 primary care networks working with councils and across @WYHpartnership to deliver integrated offers, like the hot and cold #COVID19 hubs in communities like #Wakefield...

5/n As our councils across @WYHpartnership deliver support to 45,000 people who are shielding themselves and need food, company and basic essentials and have turned every school into keyworker childcare provision #COVID19...

6/n We have mobilised through @WYRForum a big new hub to distribute Personal Protective Equipment more evenly, to ensure we get better flow to care homes, GPs, pharmacies and hospitals across @WYHpartnership in the coming days, ensuring mutual aid in the meantime #COVID19...

7/n Built an new Nightingale hospital in Harrogate with support from @WYHpartnership @SYBhealthcare @HCVPartnership and the brilliant @DefenceHQ partners in case we need it for #COVID19 surge...

8/n Developed drive thru testing hubs that will deliver staff tests that can be ramped up at scale to get people back to work safely and quickly across @WYHpartnership #COVID19

9/n Overseen this through new command and control arrangements through both @DHSCgovuk @mhclg that run through regions to the front line with us collaborating to deliver on what matters #COVID19

10/n Delivered all of this with 10% fewer staff across @WYHpartnership because we have enabled greater digital delivery & new clinical models. Staff have delivered this in the face of emotional stress, capacity issues and legitimate fears. They have been magnificent #COVID19

11/n I have read some rubbish in some places about inflexible NHS or council staff. Bring the evidence. Here’s mine. #Covid19
