SKIN THREADDDD
The first 2 pictures was taken in November 2019. My skin was very oily I had dark spots, scarring and lumps under my skin on my forehead.
The second 2 was taken this month (April 2020) my skin still isn’t perfect but I’ve come a long way.

I tried the medical route with prescribed creams, brands like st ives, nip & fab clean and clear the lot. Nothing worked but when I started using these products I seen change.
1. Washing Your Face
I use these 3 in the morning and night from left— right. If I feel my skin doesn’t need exfoliating I won’t use the scrub but I always cleanse twice.

2. Toning Your Face
After I’ve washed my face I use rose water and witch hazel together or glycolic. Then I spray the mist toner over my face.

3. Applying A Serum or Acid
After I’ve washed my face in the night I apply one of the 3 in the first picture depending on my skin feels. In the morning I apply hydrochloric acid and lactic acid.

Thefacenurse_ On Instagram really helped to educate me on what serums & acids mix well together, when’s the best time to use them and what they’re good for.

4. Moisturising Your Face
After I’ve applied a serum/acid I would apply this moisturiser. This is amazing for oily skin as it helped to balance my oil levels as well as moisturising my face. I also found applying a cream after a serum helps to lock the product into my skin.

5. Face Masks
These 3 are my favourite masks I use either of these once a week depending on how my skin feels.

I am not an expert I don’t know the science behind it all and I can’t guarantee these products will work for you. However they did work for me and I would love to help anyone that’s going through what I did
