2/ You should receive an email from SVB letting you know that it& #39;s time to apply. The email points you to the application, which is in "My Tasks" under your profile name
3/ If any of your Primary Details are incorrect, the form instructs you to contact support before proceeding

Use the comments section at the end of the application to highlight any issues, and the folks on SVB& #39;s side will make the changes for you

4/ Towards the end of the application, you& #39;re asked to enter your name and the last 4 digits of your phone number

5/ When you finish filling out the application and submit it, the screen will blink and just log you out of the portal

6/ You should receive an email from SVB to DocuSign your application
If you do not get an email 15-30 minutes after completing your application, you should contact support

Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number, and you should get access to review & sign the application
