Email from a friend at Butner Federal Prison where there are 59 confirmed cases of #COVID19 there:

They emptied Hatteras east and spread everyone into the other three dorms so that Hatteras east will be left empty for quarantine patients. We have 5 bunk beds in this tv room now with everyone sleeping wherever they can. Every other bed in the dorm is filled now.

Total 95 plus persons. UGH! Staff doing the best that they can under the circumstances. They are trying hard and applaud there efforts for trying. Yes, not a good situation here at this time.

No telling who has it and who does not. SWAT team with armed rifles in the Courtyard yesterday. Very uncomfortable and high tensions. Will E-mail later today
