I decided to rate the various librarians of Sesame Street. My apologies if I am missing librarians.

Unknown lavender librarian:
- Scolds Cookie Monster for his admiration of the collection
- Shushes & doesn’t offer to help after Cookie Monster trips over
- Explains the general idea of the library
- Doesn’t consult w/ children’s dept to see if there are any spare

Mrs. Turow
- Builds community by talking with patrons she passes on the street
- Connects Elmo with library services outside of books
- Reminds everyone that many libraries have public use computers
- Makes puns
10/10 - We stan Mrs. Turow

Unknown orange librarian:
- Has to look up what ‘librarian’ means
- Sings an entire song before assisting a patron who is looking for books on plumbing
- Eventually walks patron to relevant section
- Doesn’t laugh at plumbing jokes told by patron

Frankie:
- Outwardly enthusiastic about providing RA to Elmo
- Doesn’t identify another staff member to assist Elmo when she has to go lead story time

Unknown green librarian:
- Shushes Grover for singing the praises of the public library as an institution
- Returns only to shush until the positive words about libraries are barely audible

- Occasionally neglects the circulation desk
- Efficient and effective worker once at desk
- Teaches patrons about American Sign Language

Unknown purple librarian:
- Shushes Telly for being too loud
- Notices Telly is currently broadcasting live to a news station
- Seems familiar with policies & procedures about filming in the library
- Physically drags Telly out of the library
