a thread about the two 12 yr olds, and how to not be a disgusting human being to survivors!

Instead of saying this 10 times every 2 seconds. Yes, there were people who thought the 12 yr old who was being sued was a bad punishment. Some thought it was too harsh, some thought there was a better option. However, the nth room case is at a severity where it a criminal case
Not a civil case. in defense of @onthisdaykpop and others. They expressed an opinion about a punishment that they thought was incorrect, not that the 12 yr old was right in any way! However, I am appalled at the amount of people who thought that the fact that a 12 yr old
was part of the nth room is prove that the people that were against that punishment have to defend the 12 yr old nth room. A) one is a civil case, and one is a criminal case, people will respond to them differently. B) Every 73 seconds, an *American* is s*x**lly a**aulted.
And every 9 minutes, that victim is a child. Thatâs only the statistics for AMERICA! So, some of these people who believe that the child shouldnât be sued are victims themselves, and asking them to defend the 12 yr old who was part of a chat that drove some victims to s**c*de
Is absolutely disgusting. And it doesnât make you an ally of the sA community, it makes you look like you want vindication. If you are truly an ally understand the different severities of the situation and that people can have opinions on a civil lawsuit w/o
Being enablers of that stupid 12 yr old that thought it was okay to make false accusations like an idiot. I hope that 12 yr old understands the severity of an accusation, and how DUMB they look. And I hope the world becomes a better place for sA victims.
one more thing! http://rainn.org . It is for sA vicitms. bass boost it, donate, and show decency to survivors if you want to make a case on why you think BH made a good decision, don't point fingers and call enabling, rather talk about what should we do to make a better
place for sA victims, so that a) they aren't violated and b) there isn't anymore false bs claims because people understand the stupidity of making that decisions, and how harmful it is
