cpop is not kpop. in kpop there are very rare cases where groups go international or grow internationally first before they grow domestically. that doesn’t work in cpop. you have to grow domestically first, you have to get recognized in the chinese market FIRST+

- before you can go global. wayv are a cpop group. they have expressed wanting to go global, but they have also expressed how they are proud of their roots and they want to grow domestically as well. if you support wayv, you need to help them succeed, DOMESTICALLY, first.

also: not only market wise, but there are some things in kpop that stans say that may get themselves(the STANS) bullied (ex. “___ kings), but saying that stuff about a cpop group could hurt the GROUP. cpop and kpop, market wise, fan-customs wise, etc, are COMPLETELY different.
