a thread on why @SMTOWNGLOBAL should sue @xjun6k00k ‘s ass for defamation on behalf of kim jonghyun

user @xjun6k00k has been posting about jonghyun on their twitter account since the start of the late musician kim jonghyun’s birthday (pictured here)

not only has the user been mocking jonghyun & their death , they have also been mocking the late stars members (the rest of Shinee) & jonghyun’s family members & other in attendance of the funeral .

they have also been trying to ‘clear the searches’ in which fans put their faves names & random words to put down hurtful ones . but their intent is not positive . this is a classic example of defamation , jonghyun is none of these things .

when others (fans & nonfans) have retaliated & sent messages to the user , they have placed themselves as victims & not owned to their actions .

here are a couple of other tweets that have made .

they have also done the same with the late actress / musician choi jin ri better known as sulli of f(x) .

with them talking about sulli they have also made rude remarks .

they have also said this .

& they have sexualized girl group pristin of PLEDIS saying they could have stayed a group if they used their bodies .

another piece of proof with them having defamed late musician jonghyun is this . this is not true what so over .

they have also said that with the d3aths of idols , the did it for fame . & have said that other idols will be also doing it for fame .

on other news they have also slandered another fan for their d3ath . (my condolences to the friends & family) .

they have changed their username to @/pitifuljonghyun please do not interact & send emails to @SMTOWNGLOBAL
