Sad to see London clergy squabbling like ferrets in a sack over live-streaming from their churches. I am not wild about some decisions that have been made but we are trying to model best practice and save lives. We have to accept that this Lent and Holy Week and Easter will 1/4

Be like no other and make the best of it...and be creative and enterprising from our vicarages where we can but if not pray and call..and come together. Our PM is currently battling in intensive care, the Queen has addressed the nation....2/3

And we are getting worked up about bricks and mortar. I don’t like it much but let’s get behind @bishopSarahM and team @dioceseoflondon and all pull together. Maundy Thursday we gather traditionally for our Chrism Mass around our Bishop in her Cathedral...3/4

Let’s all gather around her now in unity and journey together through this Holy Week bound together by our licensing and induction oaths but above all by common sense and mutual love as the glories of Easter Sunday await us in a few days..4/4
