A thread: Last night I decided to get Chick Fil A delivered. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, some fries, a gallon of unsweet tea, a gallon of lemonade, and a 30 count nugget. I had no plans of eating all of the food nor drinking all of the tea/lemonade. And I didn’t.
After it arrived I ate the sandwich and fries, a few nuggets and had a couple Arnold Palmers. Wild night, right? I put the leftover nuggets in the fridge to save for today. And while you think I ate the rest at midnight I did not. I have discipline.
This morning I woke up at the crack of 10:52 am and immediately started thinking about what I could do with the leftover nuggets. Life isn’t that busy right now but even if it was I still would’ve been thinking about those nuggets. I came up with a plan.
I would make the first ever (to my knowledge) Nugget Egg N Cheese sandwich and I would put Chick Fil a sauce on it. Let that sink in. Crazy, right?

FIRST I tossed 9 nuggets in the air fryer for 5 minutes to reheat.
SECOND I fried up a couple of eggs (poorly, but it doesn’t matter) (they are a role player here, not the star)
THIRD, once the nuggets were done I placed the bread in on the “light” toaster setting. One piece had cheese on it so it could melt, and on the other piece I put a little bit of butter because it’s my creation and I can do whatever I want.
Once the bread was done I was “in business” as they say. All I had left was the assembly. I applied Chick Fil A sauce to both sides, then placed an egg on each side and put the nuggets in the middle.
Then I closed it on up. It was at this point I took one of the best photos I’ve ever taken. A “hunger” trap, if you will. This is the finished product. This is my Sistine Chapel. My Mona Lisa. My Tiger chip in at 16. This is it.
