Started my first #yeast experiment today. I was making oatmeal and saw the yeast on the raisins and checked the container and saw California raisins. Immediately started daydreaming about fresh Sonoma County Sourdough.
Day 3 & 4. The raisins attracted a scruffy looking friend. @SeamusBlackley thread unrolled in the background.
Lost the raisin yeast. Tried for bread too soon. We had a cold spell come through and I think it’s kept the yeast fairly dormant. To combat this I got scruffy a guardian. They seem happy.
