If you’re a man and you lost your virginity under the age of 18 to an older man or woman, you were raped.

It is okay to get help for your trauma and/or confusion. You were not weak, you were not stupid, you were young and you were manipulated.

To the women, it is not okay to normalize phrases like “he gonna be ____ when he grow up” or “little man”. That is a boy, not a man. That is predatory behavior.

Furthermore, please be cautious of who you allow to watch your children. It’s not just the men out here. Normalize mental health topics, normalize sexual assault topics, because hurt people hurt people. It’s time for the silence to stop.
