If you become a semi-public figure and people start posting nudes on social media that you sent to people, that's an invasion of privacy.
If people start posting porn you appeared in, that's what you should've expected stepping into the public eye. Some people will say "wow cool!" and some people will say "oh no I can't believe they did that..." but it is what it is.
It's no different from posting Gaga's clip on that reality show or posting Cardi's talent show performance. These are things you did in your past -- to be consumed by the public -- that both fans and haters want to talk about.
If you are walking around naked in public on camera and letting someone blow you, it's not porn, but do you have an expectation of privacy? Isn't the act of engaging in sex in public for cameras an activity you're participating in to be consumed by the public?
I'm just asking out loud. A lot of people are upset about Rock M Sakura's Folsom video being passed around, but I don't see it. Things you do in public (especially on camera) are open for public consumption.
