If you become a semi-public figure and people start posting nudes on social media that you sent to people, that& #39;s an invasion of privacy.
If people start posting porn you appeared in, that& #39;s what you should& #39;ve expected stepping into the public eye. Some people will say "wow cool!" and some people will say "oh no I can& #39;t believe they did that..." but it is what it is.
It& #39;s no different from posting Gaga& #39;s clip on that reality show or posting Cardi& #39;s talent show performance. These are things you did in your past -- to be consumed by the public -- that both fans and haters want to talk about.
If you are walking around naked in public on camera and letting someone blow you, it& #39;s not porn, but do you have an expectation of privacy? Isn& #39;t the act of engaging in sex in public for cameras an activity you& #39;re participating in to be consumed by the public?
I& #39;m just asking out loud. A lot of people are upset about Rock M Sakura& #39;s Folsom video being passed around, but I don& #39;t see it. Things you do in public (especially on camera) are open for public consumption.
