Very few things make me happier than a kitchen full of veggies and fruits (this will last us maybe a week and a half?)

Also got great mushrooms, spinach, carrots and leeks not pictured!

I figure there might be some foodies here, so I’ll use this thread to tweet pictures of what we cooked with all this Mushrooms, shives and carrots (and ricotta) went into this tonight!
