When I heard bernie campaign had a million + volunteers I had this idea that they built campaign offices in every state, in all big pop areas and college towns and from there branched out to rural areas and had the networks that for voter outreach . But it wasn’t the case . /1
Then I saw reports of the campaign only opening the first office literally a week or two before some of the races or not having any infrastructure or ground game to organize volunteers in some states at all . /2
It seemed as if they just let everyone do their own independent think with no plan in place to organize to reach all parts of some states . Some states were definitely more focused than others . If Nina Turner were campaign manager , this wouldn’t have happened . /end
