What kind of pay bump can the fighters expect for taking a crazy risk like this?

Does "hazardous duty pay" apply here?
Where are the UFC acquiring the tests from considering that they are in such short supply and are typically reserved for hospitals?

Are they somehow allowed tests before hospitals/clinics to put on a non-essential event?
