Hey s-corp/llc small business owners (consultants and SaaS in particular): How do you decide how much cash to leave in your business accounts vs transfer out as a distribution to personal?

It's always been hard for me to track my *true* budgets.
I think this is particularly true for consultants as the expenses for running such a business are low. Unless you're using subcontractors or FTEs, that changes things.
