Ways to Prepare for Ramadan 2020🤲🏽✨
This is 1/2 threads Ramadan edition, and inshaAllah you can save this thread for it to benefit you to prepare spiritually and physically for Ramadan.
1-Some of us may have missed a few days last year so before Ramadan even starts remember to fast and to pay back all the days you've missed from last Ramadan.
2- If you have no fasts to repay to get into a routine ,you can start doing some of the Sunnah fasts such as every Monday and Thursday, it makes the first few days of adjusting easier.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The deeds are presented on Monday and Thursday. Thus, I love for my deeds to be presented while I am fasting.”

3- Get into a routine for Ramadan doing many things such as making sure to pray on time, alongside sunnah prayers. Also cut down on caffeine, maybe try replacing caffeine or coffee by tea or even begin with water down caffeine drinks.
^3 continued- fix your sleeping schedule to get up for Suhur and to pray Fajr. Make correct choices of what to eat for Suhur. The food should be able to provide all the essential nutrients so that one can sail smoothly through the day without indulging in any meals.
4-Work on yourself and make yourself a better character according to yourself. everyone can be a little bit more kind and even smile more.
The Prophet (pbuh) used to say: “The best amongst you are those who have the best manners and character.” (al-Bukhari)
For all of us to take full advantage of the holy month of ramadan. We need to prepare ourselves spiritually, mentally+physically. If we constantly try to improve ourselves and for us to reach ramadan, when we do, we will be able to easily move to the next level spiritually iA❤️.
