People be thinking demons/entities are trying to attack them when doing spiritual work but really it's just their own energy being projected back at them and they are finally aware of it because of the state they are in.

Shadow work is terrifying

You need Shadow work not sage

This is why people leave spirituality & convert mainly to christianity, their energy was so dense that they think that they are being attacked my demons/entities. It's your own energy that's scares you.

Go in the dark & feel/act like you'll get attacked, I bet you'll get scared.

Unconditional love is your power source, stop letting people tell you that you're under attack or to be careful. Once you realize your power and that source is directly apart of you, I promise all that fear will diminish.
