There are times when I feel my hope in life waning in the dark.

But then there are people who show up with compassion & friendship, with empathy & sharing help, & I’m reminded that there is goodness in humanity worth fighting for.

And I thank all of you who show up for others with all my heart.

I don’t have much in my hands to give, but I will give everything my soul carries to show up for others & do everything I can to help.

Shine a ray of light everywhere you go & keep a joy for living alive wherever you are.
