Every year, the American Lung Association publishes a State of the Air report where you can check your state and county air quality. As well as get information on how air pollution affects you health. /4 http://www.stateoftheair.org/city-rankings/states/

St. Louis County, St. Louis City and St. Charles County have been hit hard by the coronavirus. The air quality as measured by number of ozone days is rated F, C and F respectively for those areas of Missouri. /6
For particulate pollution, St. Louis County and City received grades of B and C. St. Charles did not record levels of particulate matter.
In Missouri, St. Louis County has the largest population of individuals living with diabetes, cardiovascular disease and adult asthma. St. Louis County also has the largest population of people living in poverty.
