Did you know there are around 20,000 Filipinos working in the NHS? We are trying to speedily raise £300 to provide free Filipino meals to NHS staff, some of whom arrived in the UK only days before flights from the Philippines were stopped.

They are at the frontline of fighting the coronavirus in the UK.

We are aiming to provide 100 takeaway boxes of chicken/pork adobo and rice for this Thursday.

We have the volunteers - Filipino supper clubs @BaboyClub, @TheAdobros and @FoodwithMae are all geared up to cook the meals, which are to be distributed by Kanlungan Filipino Consortium - now we just need the funds to cover supplies.
