BREAKING: The number of #COVID19 tests Ontario completes daily is actually *dropping* steadily over the past week.
The targets were 5,000/day by late March and 19,000/day by 3rd week of April.

NEW: Ontario now has the lab capacity to run 13,000 tests/day but #COVID19 assessment centres are only submitting 3,500 tests/day, says spokesperson for Health Minister Christine Elliott in an email to me. Also says this surplus "means that we can now look at testing more people"
