I think the bottom line is that what @JoeBiden needs is not a fantasy cabinet that stirs up the soul of 1950s revivalism; he needs to articulate to Americans how he would lead the country and fix this collossal mess if elected. And his ticket needs to reflect WHO HIS PARTY IS.
