9am: healthy breakfast (smoothie w/mixed berries, 1/2 banana, orange, chia seeds, and peach juice), with a side of cookies.
11am: COOKIE BREAK (in which I eat a cookie while having a mental break because theory is white noise to me)
12pm: history of the chocolate chip cookie. Did you know the inventor of the recipe sold the concept to Nestle for $1, which she reportedly never received?
1pm: healthy lunch (salmon in garlic lemon butter with ciabatta toasted in the leftover butter) with a side of cookies
