Rewatching #Delhi6 by @RakeyshOmMehra . It's incredible how strong and relevant the second half of the film turns out to be when you compare the events with real-life happenings. Only if the first half was a little stronger, as it jumps from one great @arrahman song to another.
Have to say, though, #Masakali @sonamakapoor is so beautiful in #Delhi6 and also gives one of her better performances. So is @aditiraohydari as the docile Rama Bua.
Abhishek Bachchan's accent in #Delhi6 still feels atrociously fake. Doubt if this was the reason (along with the first half) that brought mixed reviews to the film. It jars when you have an incredible supporting cast filled with some awesome actors in the industry.
Also, the end-credits sequence of #Delhi6 is simply lovely. Particularly that moment when the vile MLA looks at her reflection and couldn't meet her own eyes.
And ending this thread, that no one might bother to read, by sharing an underrated but fantastic track from #Delhi6. Because I am a sucker for any song that has a classical strain to it or is heavily raag-based.
