The Charles F. Otis & Dr. Jeffrey L. Reider Scholarship in the History of Gender & Sexuality goes to Katie Chaka Parks, to conduct research at the Archive of the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising and the State Library of Bavaria in Munich.
