Twitter is a bizarre site that I spend far too much time on but here's one take-away I find extremely upsetting:

The political right is completely right about opinion policing and moral relativism and the political left seems oblivious to it being a problem.

If you do not share an opinion regarding the moral framework popular amongst the political left, you will get attacked for it with endless ad hominems, doxxing and far worse.

It is weird and off-putting to say the least.

The argument and opinion is not violent, does not advocate harm and at the very worst says "I respect your opinion, but I value mine more".

This is enough to demean and troll endlessly with full acceptance within a certain political culture.
