Ideally you probably would have a 25 deg average LA, however there are two problems with that:
1. LAs above 35 deg are mostly useless
2. LAs above 20 deg with EV<95 are useless

This means w a 25+ avg LA you are too close to the right edge of the productive range and with a 15-16 deg average LA you are much more in the middle of the productive band.

Pull rate from high 40s to maybe 43-44%. On the other hand single digit average LA guys and guys with sub 40% pull rates would be adviced to raise their "core LA" to more like 12-13 deg at least and their pull rate to like 40% because until then this will give you more pop...

Without really having a babip disadvantage. But if you have high LA, high pull power guys, especially if they are flatter VBA high ball hitters (like Bautista or hoskins) they might benefit from dialing their elevate and pull tendency a tiny bit down (not too much of course).
