What I belive to be true regarding ISKP current emir situation is that.
a) In April 2019 Farooqi replaced Abu Omar Khorasani (alive) as emir of ISKP on the order of IS Central.

b) Farooqi had already been chosen internally as a leader of ISKP in summer 2017 but IS Central didn't validate his appointment bc Farooqi's authority was not recognized by the exIMU Central Asian fighter of ISKP.
Abu Saad Erhabi (aka Abu Saad Bajauri, Orakzai) was chosen instead

c) Abu Saad Bajauri died in August 2018 and was replaced by Mawlawi Zia ul-Haq aka Abu Omar Khorasani.

d)It is my understanding that after being replaced by Farooqi. Abu Omar remained inside ISKP as military emir. A very important position. (Top 3)

e) When Farooqi was demoted at some point in the summer 2019, we know from internal documents that Abu Omar became emir of ISKP again. Now, I believe that he only acted as a TEMPORARY replacement until someone better suited was found.

f) Abu Omar Khorasani was killed by a drone strike in February 2020 in Kunar. At that time he had gone back to being military emir of the group. Showing that he was general emir only for a few months. https://twitter.com/RisboLensky/status/1233671415892762625

g) At some point bewteen August and December 2019, ISKP had a new emir appointed. Abu Sayyad Muhammad al Khurasani.
He is an unkown figure, and is the current leader of ISKP as of 04/2020.

There is a lot of confusion regarding ISKP leadership, especially since IS Central has not mentionned any emir of ISKP since the first one ,Hafiz Saeed, died.
I am not 100% sure about my theory, but after reading research and internal documents, it is imo the most likely scenario
