Two days ago Charlie Methven was quoted as saying #SAFC are "in the strongest financial position of any club in the EFL."

If that's the case then using government handouts to pay staff is, at best, immoral (see: Liverpool, Spurs).

That's not to say it doesn't make good business sense to furlough as many staff as possible, because it clearly does. It's free money in a time where income has just about disappeared.

But if everything is rosy then the same moral argument used against Liverpool applies here.
