And they rang to say the vet had done a prescription and someone would drop it at my house for me later on their way home and that there was no charge. Absolutely sobbing, the kindness of people far outweighs the bad and this has just made my day so much brighter

Was just having a cry about the email about emergency plans that work had just sent out and feeling very scared and fraudulent when this landed on the doorstep. Crying again now for different reasons...
