I want to say a little more about mental health. This is a highly UNDERRATED part of all this. We are ALL going through one of the biggest shocks of our lives...you, me, our parents, neighbors, friends...KIDS. Waking up everyday thinking HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? is normal. 1/
Acknowledge it, talk about it, know that you are not alone and how we react to this new reality is important...if you are having a bad day tell somebody...anybody...tell the dog if you have to but get it out. Only when you acknowledge something can you start to address it. END
