.... a @UPGovt order 4 days ago also allowed shops that repair agricultural tools and machines to open up . This has happened on the ground . I spoke with Mohd Ibrahim, a mechanic who said business is down but atleast he can now open up his shop
.... finally , the next big worry is procurement . If the lockdown gets extended , are @UPGovt plans in place to carry out the yearly massive procurement drive in these extremely challenging circumstances?
