3. Is it True?
4. Is it Helpful?
5. Is it Inspiring?
6. Is it Needed?
7. Is it Kind?

8. If it isn't 3-7 then maybe pause and write something else.
9. Tell us how hard it is as a journalist to get published
10. Tell us about the pressures to sensationalise or catastrophise

11. Think how small this pressure is in comparison to being at the frontline (Covid-19 or Non-Covid-19 care)
